We are Apolline and Lola, two friends who grew up in France, studied in Montréal, and eventually made Portugal our home. Our shared experiences abroad and our appreciation for meaningful connections led us to create Atenda, a company built around care, reliability, and a personal approach to service.

Based in the Algarve, Atenda offers concierge services for villa owners, as well as private events and creative experiences for those looking to experience the region differently. We combine an international perspective with a deep respect for local culture, bringing thoughtful coordination and genuine attention to every project.

Lola Aplogan

CO-FOUNDER
Originally from France, Lola began her career in real estate while studying in Montréal. She worked in both new construction and established residential buildings, gaining firsthand experience in the city’s top properties. During her time with BentallGreenOak and Centurion Asset Management, she developed a strong foundation in high-quality service and client relations.
After graduating, Lola returned to Europe and made Portugal her home. Her international perspective and dedication to thoughtful service continue to shape Atenda’s approach to property care and lifestyle management.
Apolline Brochon

CO-FOUNDER
Coming from France, Apolline studied Finance and IT at HEC Montréal in Canada, where she also worked in the university’s customer service department and helped organize major events such as graduation ceremonies and galas.
After moving to Portugal, she began managing rental properties from start to finish, handling everything from guest relations and maintenance to logistics and marketing. Through this experience, she noticed how much property owners value a premium, reliable service that treats their home with genuine care.
Her professionalism, sense of detail, and dedication to thoughtful service are now at the heart of Atenda’s approach to property care and client experience.
